Read the manga instead of watching the anime. And wtf is with the movie announcement. Are we getting Nazi v2?

Arakawa Under the Bridge was a fun ride. It had me laughing for a lot of parts. Some of the jokes did get a little repetitive. It is animated by Shaft, but this is one of the more tamer animation Shaft does unlike some of their other shows. Like most Shaft shows, this will get a second season. Hopefully the popularity of this show will lead to someone doing Saint’s Young Men, another gag manga from the same mangaka.

One of the most popular anime recently has finally finished. This was a very good watch with many memorable characters. The visuals from Shaft looks great.

From the same author that wrote Baccano!, he comes up with another great story about a wide array of characters and their actions somehow being connected together in the neighborhood of Ikebukuro. With basically the same staff that did Baccano! anime, this was one of the anime I was looking forward to watching before it has even aired, and it did not disappoint. I was very impressed with the storyline and found the show to be very entertaining. I cannot wait to watch episode 12.5 and 25 that will is going to be packaged in the 7th volume of the DVD and last volume of the DVD respectively. I recommend this as a must watch. With the good sales of the DVDs and light novels, hopefully this would lead to a Baccano! season 2, Durarara!! season 2, and or Vamp!

Overall, it was a very entertaining movie. Both Jonah Hill of Superbad and Russell Brand were very good in the film, but Diddy stole the show. His lines were hilarious. It was a good spinoff to Forgetting Sarah Marshall. If you like Superbad and The Hangover, you may like this one.
