When Roy Hodgson “leaves” the team whether it is soon or next season (I have a feeling that he will be staying for this season unless the team continues losing), my replacement would be Andre Villas Boas.

Andre Villas Boas is in his first year manager at FC Porto, and he is only 33. He is right now undefeated with Porto and the team look set into winning the Portuguese League. He is a guy that has no professional football playing experience and was once an assistant for Jose Mourinho. Some people consider him the next Mourinho. The slight problem is that he does not have much managing experience except for this year, and he just recently extended his contract at Porto until 2013. However, contracts kind of meaningless in today’s football world. If NESV wants a young, tactical manager, Andre Villas Boas is a very good choice.

Roy Hodgson is a low level manager that cannot beat a last place team with the team making no improvement in sight. Liverpool should have hired a Pelligrenni or something. At least it would be attacking football if nothing worse.
Jed York is an owner that does not know anything about football. Hiring Trent Balke as your GM after saying you will do a national GM search. Terrible. Both Liverpool and 49ers rosters and staff suck with no hint of positive in sight.
