In other news, Fate/Zero has been given a green-lit with ufotable as the animation studio. I have a feeling this will end up being like 4 movie/ova ala Kara no Kyoukai. Also, Girls’ Work, future Type-Moon VN, will also get an anime animated by ufotable.

Main character talks too fast

Arakawa Under the Bridge Anime Review

Studio: Shaft

Director: Shinbou Akiyuki (Bakemonogatari, basically all Shaft shows)

Arakawa Under the Bridge was a fun ride. It had me laughing for a lot of parts. Some of the jokes did get a little repetitive. It is animated by Shaft, but this is one of the more tamer animation Shaft does unlike some of their other shows. Like most Shaft shows, this will get a second season. Hopefully the popularity of this show will lead to someone doing Saint’s Young Men, another gag manga from the same mangaka.
